Hi there,
Spring is all but here. The coriander is shooting away – what a wonderful time of year for this wonderful herb. A most often asked question at the market is – how do we stop it bolting? The trick is to not let the plant dry out – it is also a cool season herb. During summer I find it is most successful grown in a pot where the moisture levels can be closely monitored. The beans are definitely enjoying the warmer weather and longer day light hours – little bright green shoots are growing all over the plants. We are slowly bringing into the markets seedlings which will be successful in gardens at this time of year. The tomato plants have been seeded and are looking great and are on target to be available early mid October.
